In this Episode:
It’s a brand new year with endless possibilities for you to accomplish lots of physical, emotional, financial, behavioral and relationship goals. But to reach your goals, you first have to set them by taking time to do the soul searching necessary to determine exactly what you want to accomplish and what changes you want to make in yourself in the coming year.
• Make a list by category of what you want to accomplish to grow yourself into a better person emotionally, spiritually and what behaviors you’d like to change.
• Determine physical goals like losing weight, getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercising regularly, etc., and outline a reasonable daily/weekly/monthly plan.
• Set your financial goals of paying off debt, saving for retirement, investing, vacation, etc. and involve your partner and children (if appropriate) to garner their help to accomplish the collective goals you set.
